Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective classroom management and support during the temporary absence of teaching staff
- Ensure the continuity of learning and maintain a positive, engaging environment for students
- Assist with the implementation of lesson plans and activities as directed by the teaching staff
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching team
- Collaborate with the wider school community to support the overall academic and social development of students

Required Qualifications And Skills
- Relevant experience in an educational or similar setting, working with children or young people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
