We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Cover Supervisor to join our team. This role involves working under the guidance of teachers. You will play a key part in ensuring every child can thrive academically and socially. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to children’s learning and development within our supportive school community, part of Codsall Multi Academy Trust.
The Role at a Glance
- Position: Cover Supervisor – KS2 / KS3
- Location: Codsall Middle School
- Salary Grade: 5, Point 7: £26,403 (FTE)
- Hourly rate: £13.69 Per Hour
- Hours: 26 hours per week, Term Time only including Teacher training days – Fixed term
- Contract: Fixed term 12 months
- Start Date: ASAP
The Role
We are looking to recruit a skilled member of staff to be our Cover Supervisor. You will be a flexible and highly capable individual who is able to respond to the needs of the school at short-notice. You will need to be highly organised, adaptable and solution focused. You will be able to teach and manage different subjects and ages of children in line with the school’s teaching and behaviour expectations.
About You
The successful candidate will be a team player that will work collaboratively with the Cover Coordinator to ensure classes are covered. You will be organised, able to follow instructions and have excellent communication skills in order to build and maintain positive relationships with young people whilst upholding our Behaviour Policy and the school’s expectations of our pupils. You will have a professional, flexible and helpful approach to your work.
