Job Opportunity: Cover Supervisors Wanted

If you’re degree-educated, have GCSE/A-level tutor experience, or have worked in schools, we’d love to hear from you! We’re looking for Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Newham and other East London boroughs including Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, and Redbridge.

Role Description

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise and deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
  • Manage classroom behavior and set clear expectations for students.
  • Support and guide pupils to engage with the pre-set work and reach their potential.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with KS3, KS4, or KS5 learners (this can include non-school-based roles like youth mentoring, coaching, or leading clubs).
  • Confident classroom management skills and effective behavior strategies.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and reliability in diverse school environments.
  • A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
  • Previous UK work experience in a school or educational setting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
