Weston College is looking for a Cover Supervisor
Weston College is looking for a Cover Supervisor to join our team on a full-time, term-time only basis (37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year), based at our Loxton Campus in Weston-super-Mare.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise classes in the absence of their usual teaching staff.
- Deliver pre-set work, which means there will be limited lesson planning or preparation involved in the role.
- Ensure that all students remain engaged and focused on their work.
Due to the nature of the role, you will be working on a term-time only basis (38 weeks per year). During your non-working times, there are no expectations to complete any admin work such as preparation or marking, all aspects of the role will be undertaken during your 38 weeks per year.
