Job Title
As a cover supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that students have a high-quality learning experience when their usual teacher is away from school.
Responsibilities
- Manage classroom behavior to ensure pupils stay on task.
- Facilitate the activities designed by teaching staff to ensure students complete the work in an effective learning environment.
- Lead lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, primarily for KS3 and KS4 students, with occasional work at KS5.
- Make a broader contribution across the Academy.
