About World Of Swimming

World of Swimming is one of the UK’s fastest-growing swim school groups. We teach over 2,000 swimmers every week across multiple venues in Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and London.

Role Overview

World of Swimming is one of the UK’s fastest-growing swim school groups. We teach over 2,000 swimmers every week across multiple venues in Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and London.

Our lessons are built around three values: Safe, Fun, Progress. Every teacher is expected to deliver consistently high standards, no matter the pool.

We are recruiting an experienced Cover Swimming Teacher to support our swim schools across multiple locations.

This is a mobile role. You will be required to travel to cover lessons at any of our pools in Oxford, Winchester, Salisbury, Andover, Southampton, the New Forest, Eastleigh, Portsmouth, Bournemouth and London.

This role is suited to confident teachers who can step into established classes with minimal handover, adapt quickly to different pools, and deliver high-quality lessons from day one.

Lessons are delivered in line with the Swim England framework to ensure safety, consistency, and swimmer progression.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
