Coverholder / MGA Onboarding and Due Diligence Analyst
G MASS Consulting is looking for a Coverholder / MGA Onboarding and Due Diligence Analyst to support one of our clients, a services business supporting the London Market insurance sector.
Sitting within the delegated authority team, this role will provide additional capacity in the run-up to 1 January and throughout the renewal period. The primary focus will be progressing coverholder and MGA onboarding using DCOM and ATLAS, alongside supporting due diligence reviews.
Responsibilities
- Progress coverholder and MGA onboarding using DCOM and ATLAS, ensuring submissions and records are accurate and complete
- Coordinate onboarding documentation, follow up on outstanding information and track progress through to completion
- Support coverholder and MGA due diligence reviews, including renewals
- Review ownership, financial standing, licensing, compliance arrangements and operational controls, identifying gaps and escalating risks
- Liaise with coverholders, MGAs, brokers and relevant client teams to progress onboarding and reviews
- Maintain accurate records and manage competing deadlines throughout the renewal period

Requirements
- Minimum two years' relevant experience in coverholder / MGA onboarding and due diligence within the London Market
- Hands-on experience using DCOM and ATLAS to support onboarding and maintain records
- Good understanding of delegated authority arrangements and coverholder oversight
- Experience reviewing onboarding and due diligence submissions, identifying gaps and documenting findings
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines during a busy renewal period
- Clear communication skills and confidence engaging with internal and external stakeholders
