Job Opportunity: CPA Coordinator at Wellesley Hospital

Are you an experienced administrator with a willingness to learn about the Care Programme Approach (CPA) and national guidelines?

If so, join Wellesley Hospital as a CPA Coordinator where you will ensure the department provides and maintains a high standard of administering and documenting the Care Programme Approach.

Role Overview

As the CPA Coordinator you will be liaising with the Mental Health Act Admin department to prepare, plan, and coordinate CPA meetings for service users. This will include setting dates of the meetings, preparing and sending out invitations to all relevant parties, booking rooms and hospitality for the meetings, collating and typing up any necessary documents, and preparing and distributing all completed packs to the relevant parties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors to the meetings and recording all attendees.
  • After the meeting, gathering all documentation and typing the whole document.
  • Ensuring that all reports are read and signed by the relevant disciplines.
  • Preparing and updating the CPA timetable and distributing to the wards on a regular basis.
  • Filing all completed packs and archiving as necessary.
  • Liaising with external agencies regarding the continuing care of the patients as required.
  • Assisting in maintaining a high standard in office practice/procedures, including filing systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
