Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced CPCS/NPORS 360 Operator for an immediate start on 24/08/2026 in St Fergus, AB42.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operating 360 excavators safely and efficiently on a busy construction site.
- Carrying out excavation, trenching, grading and earthworks.
- Loading dumpers and moving materials around site.
- Assisting with drainage, utilities and general civil engineering works.
- Completing daily machine checks and reporting any defects.
- Working alongside groundworkers and site management to ensure work is completed to programme.
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working area.
- Adhering to all site health & safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket.
- Previous experience operating 360 excavators on civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Good understanding of site health & safety.
- Full PPE.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
