CPG & Retail Collaboration Transformation Manager

Are you a seasoned CPG expert with a passion for strategic transformation, commercial excellence, and customer-centricity? Ready to make a real impact with one of the world’s leading retailers? At dunnhumby, we’re on the hunt for a CPG & Retail Collaboration Transformation Manager to help drive meaningful value for Tesco UK.

As part of our Transformation team, you’ll bring your deep Consumer Packaged Goods expertise to the table to influence the future of collaborative planning between CPGs and Retailers.

What you’ll do:

  • Be ‘the voice of the CPG’ - leveraging your commercial, go to market strategy, and process knowledge to champion and map the critical CPG processes, ways of working, and requirements that will enable a best-in-class collaboration model to achieve the ‘3-win’ for CPGs, Retailers & Customers.
  • Draft the CPG’s view of the best-in-class CPG & Retail collaboration model for key joint business planning, range review, and promotion planning processes – turning inefficiencies into opportunities, converting co-planning from manual & offline to agile & data-driven.
  • Support strategic Price, Promotion and Ranging workstreams within Tesco’s Transformation programme.
  • Identify and scale new commercial opportunities for CPGs and Tesco, based on your proposals.
  • Support pre-sales and client development activities alongside our Retail and CPG Client teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
