SystemsAccountants is partnering with a leading global provider of financial planning, consolidation, reporting, and performance management software to appoint a CPM Managed Services & Partnerships Lead for the EMEA region.
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth software vendor trusted by finance organisations across more than 100 countries. The business is investing heavily in expanding its partner ecosystem and is looking for an experienced partnerships professional to build and scale a Managed Services strategy across EMEA.
Working closely with Sales, Services, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams, you will play a key role in transforming existing relationships with the Big 4, advisory firms, and specialist consultancies into strategic, revenue-generating partnerships capable of delivering finance-focused managed services at scale.
The Opportunity
As the CPM Managed Services & Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for developing a repeatable partner-led Managed Services model across EMEA.
You will harness existing relationships with major consulting and accounting firms, identify new strategic partners, and build joint go-to-market plans that drive recurring revenue growth for both the software vendor and its advisory ecosystem.
This is a highly visible role with significant executive exposure and the opportunity to shape a major growth initiative across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with Big 4 firms, mid-tier consultancies, and specialist finance transformation partners across EMEA.
- Transform successful country-level partnerships into regional and multi-country Managed Services programmes.
- Develop executive-level relationships with Partner, Director, and C-suite stakeholders within target advisory organisations.
- Create and execute joint business plans focused on recurring revenue growth.
- Identify, recruit, and activate new partners capable of delivering finance-led managed services powered by the platform.
- Own and deliver against a Managed Services revenue target, including pipeline generation and revenue attainment.
- Partner with sales teams to identify, progress, and close strategic opportunities.
- Establish scalable onboarding, enablement, and engagement frameworks for partners across the region.
- Work with Marketing to develop supporting collateral, commercial models, and customer success stories.
- Support partners through complex enterprise sales cycles and service-launch initiatives.
- Act as the internal champion for Managed Services, coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Provide market insights and partner feedback to help influence commercial and product strategy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
