Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a CPS Sales Estimator located in Kendal, England, who will be reporting to CPS Bids Manager. The CPS Sales Estimator will be in charge of providing the administrative hold up necessary to grow our business and enhance customer relationships to grow revenue and profitability.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

  • Assist the Sales team in the preparation of quotations for customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team and the customer to provide an efficient and comprehensive service; establish and maintain solid relationships.
  • Assist the sales team with the development and growth of business with new and existing customers.
  • Provide sales administration and hold up to the function, working closely with the sales and pricing team.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of the company and its products/services.
  • Assist the Sales team in identifying sales guide and opportunities, providing relevant research of opportunity and information relating to the guidance.
  • Cross-functional communication with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure accuracy and quality in bid procedures.
  • Monitor sales pipeline performance with sales business to ensure quarterly & annual targets are met.

The Experience We’re Looking to Add to Our Team

  • A completed education; previous experience in a Sales Administrator or Sales Assistant capacity would be preferred.
  • Ability to effectively present information and acknowledge to questions from groups of managers, associates, vendors and/or customers.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Ability to hold up several managers, multi-task efficiently, be flexible to changes in work priorities and work as a team member.
  • Required to be a self-starter with strong organization and planning skills.
  • Office Skills: advanced word processing, Excel, and presentation package skills.
