Merton is one of the best-connected areas of south London with fourteen National Rail stations, five underground stations (District and Northern lines) and the London Trams service joining Wimbledon, Morden and Croydon.

About The Role
You will lead preparation for the new CQC inspection regime, working with colleagues to ensure that appropriate monitoring systems and action plans are implemented and that everyone is clear about what is required of them. You must have an in-depth understanding of CQC requirement, a good knowledge of adult social care delivery and strong analytical and project management skills.
About You
In addition to having extensive knowledge of adult services and CQC requirements you must be able to engage and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders - including people who use our services and family carers. You must be able work with us to be clear about required standards and to ensure that appropriate systems are in place to monitor performance. You must also be able to work with colleagues to achieve agreed goals and act as our CQC ambassador.
