We’re looking for an experienced CQC Registered Manager to take ownership of a residential service supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs.
This isn’t just about managing a service. We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front, inspire a team and make sure the people supported receive exceptional, person-centred care every single day.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong Learning Disabilities experience
- Registered Manager or strong management experience
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations
- Confident leadership and staff management
- Safeguarding and risk management knowledge
- Quality assurance and compliance experience
- A genuine passion for improving outcomes
