Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care & Supported Living
Location: Cannock, Staffordshire
Salary: £37,000 – £45,000
Position Type: Permanent
Are you an experienced adult social care manager ready to take ownership of a CQC-regulated service? We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead domiciliary care and supported living services across Staffordshire, the West Midlands and surrounding areas.
We are keen to speak with:
- Experienced CQC Registered Managers
- Deputy Managers ready to step up into registration
- Managers with strong Supported Living or Domiciliary Care experience
- Candidates with excellent knowledge of CQC compliance, safeguarding, and quality assurance

The successful candidate will take responsibility for service quality, regulatory compliance, safeguarding, staff leadership, and continuous improvement, working closely with the Directors to develop and grow the services.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' management/leadership experience in health or social care
- Supported Living, Domiciliary Care, or relevant adult social care experience
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspections
- Safeguarding and quality assurance experience
- Level 5 Leadership qualification desirable
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Already CQC registered OR experienced and ready to apply for and take on CQC registration
