Bloom Health Hospitals is a growing CQC-registered independent hospital in Central Milton Keynes, providing urgent care, diagnostics, pharmacy and planned care.
We are looking for an experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead governance, compliance, patient safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the CQC Registered Manager.
- Lead CQC compliance and inspection readiness.
- Oversee governance, audits, risks and patient safety.
- Manage safeguarding, complaints and incidents.
- Oversee medicines and diagnostics governance, including IR(ME)R.
- Support PMI accreditation and service development.
- Lead clinical and operational teams.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in private or independent healthcare.
- Strong CQC governance and compliance knowledge.
- Understanding of CQC registration and inspections.
- Knowledge of PMI, self-pay and referral models.
- Eligible to register with CQC as a Registered Manager.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Level 5 leadership qualification, clinical registration or equivalent senior experience.
