Join Our Team as a CRA II / Senior CRA (French Speaker)

Are you an experienced, clinical research professional fluent in French, passionate about making a difference in oncology and rare disease trials? We’re seeking a dedicated CRA II / Senior CRA to monitor exciting Phase II and III studies across the UK, France, and Belgium.

This full-time, permanent role offers the chance to work on complex, impactful trials in a collaborative environment committed to advancing medicine and improving patient outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive on-site monitoring experience in phase 2/3 trials, particularly in oncology or rare diseases
  • Fluency in English and French (business level French could be accepted)
  • Ability to successfully plan, multitask, and adapt in a dynamic team setting
  • Willingness to travel—both nationally and internationally to France and Belgium
  • A college or university degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience

Nice To Have

  • Previous experience with complex trials and remote monitoring
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Background

  • Proven track record in monitoring complex clinical trials
  • Flexibility to conduct approximately 8 visits per month

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to travel internationally, including to France and Belgium
