Job Description

Crane Operator

We will be the biggest XXXL Monopile factory in the world, servicing the offshore wind industry.

We're looking for experienced and safety-focused Crane Operators to join our Production team at SeAH Wind. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting the safe movement of steel plates, cans and cones throughout our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, helping to deliver foundations for some of the world's largest offshore wind projects.

Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll operate overhead gantry cranes to carry out heavy and complex lifting activities in accordance with lift plans, risk assessments and company lifting procedures. Safety, precision and effective communication will be key as you work closely with production teams and slingers to ensure materials are transported efficiently and safely across the facility.

This is a permanent shift-based position offering excellent earning potential, career development opportunities and the chance to be part of one of the UK's most exciting manufacturing projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
