Join Our Team at Müller Droitwich

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Cream Packing Operative to join our Droitwich Dairy.

As part of our production team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our dairy products are packed to the highest quality standards and delivered safely to our customers. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality are essential.

We're looking for individuals who are proactive, dependable, and enjoy working as part of a team to achieve shared goals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manually packing dairy products into boxes and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.
  • Carrying out routine quality checks to ensure products are fit for purpose and meet customer expectations.
  • Following standard operating procedures, work instructions, and site safety requirements.
  • Operating equipment and production processes effectively to achieve daily output targets.
  • Replenishing materials and packing supplies as required.
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping through a "clean as you go" approach.
  • Supporting the training and development of colleagues on relevant tasks and processes.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supporting general production activities, including product handling, packing, movement of goods, and basic equipment operation.
  • Assisting with maintaining operational standards across the department.

  • Previous experience within food manufacturing, production, warehousing, or FMCG environments.
