About Kelpa
Kelpa scopes and delivers Creatio implementations for businesses that have bought the platform and need it working. We’re a small, senior team working directly with clients in the UK and Europe, from first workshop through to go-live and beyond. Working hours are UK business hours (UTC+0/+1), with some flexibility.
The Role
You’ll take clients who have bought Creatio licences and turn that into a live platform their teams actually use. You’ll scope the work, build the solution yourself and see it through to go-live and adoption.
This is a hands-on fully remote role based out of Europe/UK. You’ll run the workshops, configure the platform, set up the integrations and work directly with the client from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Run discovery workshops to understand the client’s processes, pain points and goals.
- Scope engagements, estimate effort and help write statements of work.
- Design and configure solutions in Creatio: data model, business processes, page layouts, access rights and dashboards.
- Build integrations with core systems using REST/OData APIs.
- Plan and run data migration, from mapping and cleansing through to loading.
- Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, up to senior level.
- Manage scope, change requests and timelines on your projects.
- Run UAT, go-live and hypercare, then hand over with clear documentation and user training.
- Spot opportunities for further phases and help clients get more from the platform.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
