Creatio Technical Consultant / Senior Consultant | London, Manchester or Belfast | Hybrid

I’m working with a globally recognised consultancy that is growing its Creatio practice and looking for a Creatio Technical Consultant / Senior Consultant to join the team.

This is a chance to work somewhere where technology, strategy, creativity and design genuinely come together, working with major organisations to solve complex business problems and deliver digital transformation at scale.

You won't simply be configuring a platform against a set of requirements.

You'll be working directly with clients, understanding how their business operates, challenging requirements where appropriate and helping design solutions that genuinely improve the way they work.

What will you be doing?

  • Working directly with clients to understand their business challenges, requirements and objectives
  • Designing and delivering Creatio CRM and BPM solutions
  • Configuring the Creatio no-code / low-code platform, including objects, business processes and UI/UX
  • Translating business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions
  • Getting involved in technical design, development and deployment
  • Using technologies such as C#, JavaScript, SQL and the Creatio SDK when solutions require more complex development
  • Advising clients on Creatio capabilities, best practice and potential approaches
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and becoming a trusted technical adviser
  • Working alongside talented specialists across technology, strategy, design and digital
  • Helping shape the standards, frameworks and ways of working across the growing Creatio practice

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience with C#, JavaScript, SQL, Creatio SDKs, relational databases, data integration or other CRM/BPM platforms would also be valuable.

Why consider it?

This is much more than another Creatio role.

You'll be joining a high-profile digital consultancy with a global client base, working alongside people across technology, strategy and design and getting exposure to projects that sit at the heart of major digital transformation programmes.

There's also plenty of opportunity to develop your career. You'll be surrounded by experienced consultants and technical specialists, with the chance to broaden your skills beyond Creatio and take on increasingly complex client engagements.

If you're already working with Creatio and want to take the next step in your consulting career, or you're a CRM/BPM consultant looking for an opportunity to work on larger, more complex transformation projects, I'd be very interested in speaking with you.
