Creative Talent (All Levels) | Fast-Growth Film & Content Agency
Locations: NYC & London
I am currently partnering with one of the most dynamic, fast-growth film & content companies in the market to help them find exceptional creative talent across multiple levels.
While traditional network agencies are bogged down by layers of bureaucracy, slow sign-offs & bloated budgets, this business has completely rewritten the script. They are a full-stack, end-to-end film & creative powerhouse handling everything under one roof: concepting, shooting, editing, sound & colour grading.
They drop high-impact TV ads & global campaigns in days rather than months, doubling revenue year-on-year & scaling toward £15M. They work directly with a client list that includes global brands alongside major documentary work with streaming giants.
With active studios across the US & London they are over-indexed on production & looking for Creative rockstars at all levels, from hungry Creatives & Senior Creatives right up to Creative Directors.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
