Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies.

We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.

A Bit About Our Team

Here in the creative team, we come up with lots of ideas and stick them on a lot of different things. Sometimes that might be a billboard or a bottle. Other times it might be a booklet or a banana. Every once in a while, we'll put those ideas on something that doesn't begin with a b.

We're on the hunt for an account manager who can help us get to great creative work, taking us from a brief to final assets more smoothly than Barry White. You'll join our small but mighty ops team, whipping our talented bunch of copywriters, designers, art directors, creative directors and strategists into shape.

Our creative operations team has been on a bit of a journey over the last 3 years, constantly trying to improve the way we get work out of the door by championing the stuff that works and challenging the stuff that doesn't. As the newest member of our team, we'll be looking to you to help support that journey as we keep improving for the future.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Project managing a range of creative projects, including comms and packaging.
  • Acting as the primary contact for central and regional brand managers, being responsible for project delivery from kick off to production across multiple channels.
  • Contributing to our team's mission to leave things better than we found them, by spotting potential blockers in the process and finding long-term solutions to deal with them.

You'll Have

  • Heaps of creative account management knowledge with experience working across big and small campaigns, even better if you’ve got some packaging experience as well.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills. You're able to draft and track against critical paths, forecast and track spend, manage and mitigate risk, and report against KPIs.
  • The ability to prioritise to effectively deliver several projects simultaneously.
  • Curiosity in spades. You'll ask questions and feel comfortable challenging the way things are done round here, getting energy from contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Great collaboration skills and stakeholder management. You can flex your style to the relevant audience, and won’t shy away from giving or receiving constructive feedback.
  • Top-notch communication skills. You'll keep the team around you updated at all times and take advantage of project management tools to share status updates.
  • Experience of working in an in-house creative team or similar environment within an agency. If you've worked in FMCG before, that'd be a bonus (but it's definitely not mandatory).

You'll Get

  • To work on a variety of creative projects in a bunch of different markets.
  • To deliver creative work for drinkers all over Europe.
  • Loads of free smoothies (obviously).

We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further.

In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary (phew), private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.

We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.

Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.

Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
