Evolve My Media · Shrewsbury · Hybrid (3 days in-office)

Full-time · £27,000 to £30,000 per year · Shrewsbury SY1

Can you pick up your phone and make content people actually stop for?

We're Evolve My Media, a UK social-first agency that helps brands stand out, build loyal audiences and drive real results across every major platform.

We work with a huge variety of companies from scaling e-commerce brands, property, sport, fashion, hospitality venues, and service businesses. For all of them we combine organic content, paid social, influencer partnerships and high-performing creative.

We're looking for someone who can do two things well: create scroll-stopping social content on their phone, and look after clients with excellent communication and organisation skills. Creator first, account manager second, great at both.

About the role:

You'll be the face of some of our most exciting client accounts. One day you're filming a venue reveal on your iPhone, the next you're leading the client call where you show them how it performed. You know what a strong hook looks like. You can film, edit and post a Reel before most people have finished their brief. And you're organised enough to keep clients happy while you do it.

What you'll be doing:

Creating content (the big one)

  • Shooting and editing short-form, social-first content on your phone for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn and more
  • Getting out on location: venues, properties, events and behind-the-scenes days
  • Writing hooks, captions and on-screen text that stop the scroll
  • Making lo-fi, platform-native content that feels real rather than overproduced
  • Spotting trends early and turning them into client content fast
  • Filming founder-style, UGC-style and talking-head content with clients and their teams

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Managing accounts

  • Being the main point of contact for your clients: their go-to person, planner and problem solver
  • Planning content and campaigns from the first brief through to results and reporting
  • Running ideation sessions and bringing bold ideas to the table
  • Working with our paid social team, editors, videographers and influencers
  • Reading the performance data, working out what's landing and feeding it back into the next round of content

What we're looking for:

  • A portfolio of social content you've shot and edited yourself on your phone (this is essential)
  • Confidence with CapCut, Instagram's Edits app or similar mobile editing tools
  • Instinct for what performs on each platform, and why
  • At least a year in a client-facing role, ideally at an agency, in social or in marketing
  • Comfort on camera or directing other people on camera
  • Confidence leading client calls and presenting ideas
  • Organised under pressure: calm in chaos, able to juggle multiple accounts
  • Enough comfort with data to explain what the numbers mean for the next piece of content
  • Experience with paid social creative or influencer campaigns is a real bonus
  • A full UK driving licence is a plus, as you'll be out on shoots

What we offer:

  • Christmas shutdown. We love Christmas at Evolve. Forget work and focus on the mince pies.
  • Bonus leave days. Birthday, wedding or moving house? Take the day without using your annual leave.
  • Real flexibility. 3 days in our Shrewsbury office and 2 days wherever you do your best work.
  • Room to grow. Help shape how a growing agency creates content, and grow with it.

How to apply:

Hit apply and include links to 2 or 3 pieces of content you've created on your phone. Your own channels, client work and personal projects all count. We'd rather see what you can make than read about it. We're a team built on passion, driven by creativity and led by curiosity. If that sounds like you, show us what you've got.
