Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic creative Account Manager to lead all aspects of key business partnerships within our creative team. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor and project management (PM) lead, responsible for connecting creative capabilities with business needs—ensuring outstanding delivery across creative projects.

This role will lead and inspire a dedicated team of PMs and will be pivotal in fostering relationships with a business unit while ensuring business goals, priorities, and critical metrics are met through effective planning, project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead by example, maintaining strong relationships with partners while ensuring the successful delivery of all projects.

We need someone who will understand the account’s goals, roadmaps and desired outcomes, successfully lead PMs to prioritize and deliver on those goals and initiatives, and proactively plan future work, all while building relationships and managing partner expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Partnership & Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the creative team and assigned business unit(s), providing consistent communication, proactive support, and clear expectation-setting.
  • Build deep, positive relationships with internal partners by understanding their business objectives and aligning creative solutions to drive success.
  • Lead the onboarding and integration of new partners into the creative organization, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Find opportunities to expand the value and influence of the creative team by delivering insights, solving challenges, and anticipating future needs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
