Job Summary
The Creative Account Manager is responsible for the oversight and accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality of creative campaigns through to final file delivery. This role will provide internal communication between clients and team members resulting in the seamless execution of projects and campaigns.
Job Description
- Manage client communication and expectations as it relates to projects and campaigns.
- Responsible for all financial aspects of a creative campaign, including forecast, estimates, budgets, and billing.
- Create campaign SOWs through collaboration with senior leadership and Account Directors.
- Manage campaign schedules in collaboration with Account Directors and Creative Directors from client brief to delivery.
- Partner with Creative Directors to relay the client’s creative intent to creative team on assigned projects.
- Manage milestones within a project including brief creative reviews, Account Director reviews and final delivery to client.
- Collaborate with Creative Director to manage internal resources on assigned projects.
- Apply creative growth strategies as they relate to clients when appropriate.
- Coordinate with Premedia team to ensure accurate and on-time file delivery.
- Collaborate with Creative Director to manage external freelancers and/or vendors.
- Utilize appropriate software to manage internal and external feedback on multiple projects.

Pay Rate
$80k - $110k
Pay Statement
The national pay range for this role is listed in the job posting. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university a plus but not required.
- 3-5 minimum years of work experience in the graphics design field required.
- Experience working in Entertainment and/or entertainment adjacent verticals.

Preferred Qualifications Of Position
- Experience working in Entertainment and/or entertainment adjacent verticals.
- Knowledge of design fundamentals, including graphic design, typography, photography, illustration.
- Understanding of necessary design applications including Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
Knowledge And Skills
- Creative, passionate, flexible, and a self-starter.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to take direction.
- Ability to tell a story through a strategic presentation to key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a deadline driven environment.
- Experience in motivating staff with the ability to communicate creative direction effectively.
- Proactive approach to identify and solve problems before they arise.
- A positive, can-do attitude with high level dedication and collaborative spirit.
Working Conditions And Physical Requirements
- Occasional walking.
- Frequent sitting for prolonged periods of time.
- Manual dexterity for repetitive work.
