For a quarter of a century, the Jellycat family have brought joy, wonder and playful fun to people of all ages, in every part of the world. Utterly original and in a class of their own, they are currently among the most loved and collected toys of their kind. How has this gentle tribe endeared themselves to so many? Perhaps it is their whimsical expressions. Or the deliciously soft fabrics. Or the beautiful way in which they sit in your hand. Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.

We’re looking for a Creative Admin Assistant to join our Creative Marketing team in London. Reporting to the Creative Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the organisation, management and distribution of creative assets across global campaigns, photoshoots and brand projects. Working closely with Content, Creative and Marketing teams, you’ll help ensure our creative operations run smoothly and our asset library remains accurate, accessible and efficient.

You'll be

  • Managing the day-to-day administration of our digital asset management system, ensuring assets are accurately organised, tagged and maintained.
  • Uploading, organising and maintaining creative assets with clear version control and consistent filing structures.
  • Supporting the distribution of approved creative assets to teams and partners across multiple channels and markets.
  • Tracking asset status across active projects and highlighting any missing, outdated or unapproved files.
  • Coordinating sample movements and returns to support creative projects and photoshoots.
  • Managing the Creative team inbox and ensuring enquiries are directed to the appropriate team members.
  • Organising meetings, scheduling sessions and supporting photoshoot logistics when required.
  • Providing administrative support across global creative and content projects, including note-taking and action tracking.
  • Assisting with supplier and freelancer onboarding administration where required.
  • Collaborating with Creative, Marketing, eCommerce, Sales and external partners to support effective asset delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
