Fourwalls is a dynamic and thriving creative marketing agency providing aspirational property marketing to some of the world’s leading brand names.

The Creative department is a rapidly expanding part of the business and instrumental in growing our brand, design, and digital services to clients, alongside our well-established photography and film. Through high-quality output and a shared passion, we also ensure the continued growth and safeguarding of the Fourwalls Group house of brands.

The Creative and UX/UI Designer is a proactive and driven team leader who has the ability to transform client communication into a workable brief and ensure its delivery. They will have a passion for design and creative output, an obsession for detail, and an awareness and enthusiasm for new technologies, applications, and output methods.

Main Responsibilities

Artworking & Design

  • Curate and create designs across a range of print and digital formats using Adobe Creative Cloud and relevant web design platforms.
  • Creation of marketing and design campaigns and collateral including proposals, social media, etc. to meet brand development related requirements for all Fourwalls Group Ltd identities.
  • Brand and design development for a host of global brand clients.
  • Create visual concepts and prepare images to ensure they meet print and web standards, such as colour, typography, and image libraries.
  • Assist in producing both internal and external communications using email, HTML emails (eshot/Mailchimp), and alternative communication platforms.
  • Ongoing design and development from a UX and UI perspective of Fourwalls Group websites and new and ongoing client website projects.
  • Ensure artwork is consistent, accurate, and follows any relevant brand guidelines.
  • Research and propose concepts for marketing campaigns at Creative department meetings.

Project Participation

  • Take responsibility for project elements or design projects as a whole or collaborating where required on tasks to ensure delivery within specified deadlines, liaising with external clients where relevant.
  • Review and critique the creative output of the department and your colleagues, in the spirit of collaboration and quality assurance.
  • Assist with promoting the company and Creative department culture by being collaborative and open with ideas to encourage innovation and passion.
  • Provide less experienced colleagues with mentoring and skills support as required.
  • Be mindful of internal/external applications of the company branding, ensuring we stay true to the brand guidelines as identified.
  • Assist and advise the Creative Support team where required, particularly in relation to brochure design and adhering to company and client brand guidelines.
  • Any other departmental support as is required/reasonable.

Specific Skills & Attributes Required

  • Expertise in the Adobe CC suite
  • Experience in Wordpress (including Elementor is preferred)
  • Experience in front-end web design and development
  • Knowledge of Figma would be beneficial but not essential
  • Knowledge of animation/video editing skills on either Premier Pro or After Effects
  • General business skills (use of CRM system, MS office, and diary management)
  • Ability to work proactively using own initiative
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High levels of organization and ability to organize others using applicable project management tools
  • Track record of working to and meeting deadlines
  • Proven creative eye
  • Passion for creative research/design trends and development, particularly in relation to the expansion of offered company goods and services

  • Nicky Chute, Associate Director of Marketing
  • Location: Head Office in Camberley, Surrey. We offer hybrid working with 3 days at the office and 2 days at home each week, after probation.
  • Hours: Full time, 35 hours a week (Monday – Friday) 9am – 5:pm
  • Contact: Maternity cover fixed term contract - 9 months, starting November
