The Role

We need an ambitious, highly skilled Creative Artworker ready to step up and ensure flawless execution across our entire creative output. You sit at the sweet spot where technical precision meets a keen eye for design. This means you do not just populate templates; you understand how global brands dominate both the digital and physical space through pixel-perfect execution.

You are a production powerhouse who lives and breathes detail, consistency, and accuracy. Your main playground will be taking design concepts and scaling them into massive digital advertising rollouts, high-octane social assets, digital out-of-home (DOOH), and offline/print advertising formats.

What you’ll be doing

  • Campaign Rollouts: Taking approved master concepts and meticulously scaling them across countless digital and print variations.
  • Digital & Offline Precision: Artworking immersive digital out-of-home (DOOH) creative, web takeovers, display banners, and large-format offline advertising.
  • FMCG Brand Consistency: Ensuring global brand guidelines for massive names like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and retail media networks are strictly adhered to across every layout.
  • Quality Assurance: Acting as the final line of defense against typos, pixelation, poor alignment, and improper color profiling before files go live.
  • Collaboration: Partnering closely with the design and motion teams to transform static creative scams into beautifully structured, production-ready assets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
