WHO WE ARE
White Stuff was established in 1985 through a simple idea. This idea grew and now we have shops and concessions in the UK and internationally, selling womenswear, menswear, accessories and homeware. Our original prints (all designed in house), intricate details and considered design touches reflect our personality and make us subtly distinctive. Our people are at the heart of our brand, constantly moving and driving us forward. We’re sociable, talented and like-minded and we’re not hierarchical or political in how we do business. We encourage entrepreneurial ideas and accountability at all levels.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a detail-focused creative artworker with a desire to constantly improve brand expression through better design. You will have proven experience artworking across a range of digital, social and print channels, including but not limited to: marketing and PR collaterals, retail assets, OOH, web and email design, social and packaging design. You’re not afraid to share and pitch new ideas or collaborate cross-functionally, and you’ve previously worked in the fashion retail and/or ecommerce industry.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
As a Creative artworker for White Stuff, your main responsibility is the creation and delivery of a range of cross platform digital and print materials adhering to the White Stuff brand guidelines which drive the brand forward. You are an all-rounder, with skills in both print and digital design, able to seamlessly adapt and execute creative concepts across multi channels. You can develop final artwork from initial concepts with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring all artwork meets technical specifications for print and digital media.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
