About the Role

We're working with a leading business specialising in innovative packaging and gifting solutions that is looking to recruit a detail-oriented and highly organised Creative Artworker to join its growing design team. Working across a wide range of packaging and product projects, you'll be responsible for transforming approved design concepts into accurate, production-ready artwork while ensuring consistency, quality and brand compliance throughout.

Working closely with designers, production teams and external suppliers, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging, commercially successful products within a fast-paced creative environment. This role requires excellent technical skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.

This is a hybrid position, with the successful candidate required to work from the Romsey office four days per week, with one day working from home.

Responsibilities

  • Create, amend and prepare packaging and product artwork from approved design concepts.
  • Produce accurate, print-ready artwork that meets brand and production specifications.
  • Develop packaging layouts, cutter guides, mock-ups and production files.
  • Ensure all artwork is accurate, brand-compliant and technically suitable for print production.
  • Thoroughly check artwork for copy, colour, dimensions and technical accuracy.
  • Manage artwork revisions and approval processes with internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with suppliers and printers to resolve technical artwork queries.
  • Maintain organised artwork libraries, brand assets and version control systems.
  • Support artwork adaptations across multiple product ranges.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and to agreed deadlines.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of artwork processes and best practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
