We’re looking for an experienced Creative Artworker to join Neutonic’s in-house creative team, with a strong focus on packaging, prepress and print production.
You’ll take creative from approved design through to final production, working across packaging, POS and wider brand and marketing materials. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong design eye, excellent technical knowledge and exceptional attention to detail.
As a fast-growing brand operating across multiple markets, you’ll work closely with our Creative, Product and Operations teams, as well as external printers and suppliers, to ensure everything we produce is accurate, consistent and production-ready.
What you’ll be doing
Artwork & Production
- Create, adapt and finalise artwork across packaging, POS and wider brand materials.
- Roll out approved creative across different products, SKUs, formats and markets.
- Own artwork from initial handover through to final production-ready files.
- Manage artwork amends, approvals, version control and final file delivery.

Prepress & Technical
- Prepare artwork accurately to printer, supplier and production specifications.
- Work confidently with dielines, cutter guides, colour management, separations, overprint, trapping and specialist print finishes.
- Carry out thorough preflight and quality checks before artwork is released.
- Identify and resolve potential print or production issues before they reach production.
- Support the creation and adaptation of packaging nets and dielines where required.
Packaging & Compliance
- Ensure packaging accurately incorporates legal, nutritional, regulatory and mandatory information.
- Work with internal teams to implement approved copy and regulatory changes accurately.
- Support packaging adaptations across different international markets and regulatory requirements.
Quality & Brand
- Maintain a consistently high standard of artwork across every touchpoint.
- Ensure all output remains aligned with Neutonic’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Liaise directly with printers, suppliers and production partners to resolve artwork and production queries.

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Creative Artworker, Packaging Artworker, Design Artworker or Prepress Artworker.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
- Strong technical understanding of print, packaging and prepress production.
- Experience preparing artwork for commercial print and working directly with printers and suppliers.
- An understanding of packaging regulations, mandatory information and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly across copy, specifications and technically complex artwork.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout and brand consistency.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced in-house environment.
Experience creating packaging nets/dielines and working across international packaging requirements would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
