.KOM STUDIO is a London-based creative and social media studio working across fashion, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and hospitality.
We’re looking for a London-based Creative Assistant
To join the studio on a freelance, part-time basis and work closely with the founder across client projects, shoots, and the day-to-day creative work behind.KOM.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys both being on set and working behind the scenes. You’ll support across content creation, social media, creative research, design, editing, shoot preparation, and production, while helping us continue to build.KOM and our wider creative presence.
With a growing portfolio of fashion clients, we’re particularly interested in someone with a strong interest and understanding of fashion, while being able to adapt their creative approach across different industries and brand identities.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting on content and campaign shoots
- Confidently capturing photo and video content across multiple devices
- Editing short-form content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Creating social media graphics and visual assets
- Developing moodboards and carrying out creative research
- Supporting with concepts and content planning
- Assisting with shoot preparation and production
- Supporting .KOM’s own social and creative presence
- General creative and studio support

Who we are looking for:
You’ll have a strong visual eye, a natural understanding of social media, and the ability to adapt between different brands and creative directions.
You should be:
- London based
- Experienced within social media, content creation, or another relevant creative role
- Confident creating both photo and video content
- Comfortable working across iPhone, camera, and other content formats
- Confident using Canva and CapCut; Adobe experience is a bonus
- Familiar with Instagram and TikTok and current social-first content
- Interested in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and culture
- Organised, proactive, and reliable
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively on set
- Available for weekday shoots in London
