Creative & Business Support Officer

Law, Privacy & Compliance Ltd. (LPC Ltd.) is looking for a creative, organised, and proactive individual to join our team as a Creative & Business Support Officer.

The ideal candidate will support our visual communication, proposal development, and the smooth planning and execution of our webinars and online training programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Create professional graphics for social media, webinars, newsletters, presentations, and other business communications.
  • Maintain consistency with LPC Ltd.’s brand identity and visual standards.
  • Design promotional materials for events, trainings, and campaigns.

Proposal Support

  • Assist with preparing and formatting business proposals, presentations, and other documents.
  • Research and organise relevant information needed for proposals.
  • Ensure proposals are professionally presented, accurate, and submitted on time.

Webinar & Training Support

  • Assist with planning and coordinating webinars and online training sessions.
  • Help prepare promotional materials, registration information, presentations, and other webinar resources.
  • Coordinate pre-event and post-event activities to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Support communication with speakers, participants, and relevant team members.
  • Assist with monitoring webinar logistics before and during sessions.

Requirements

  • Experience in graphic design and proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to create professional, visually appealing designs.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of preparing business proposals and presentations is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Experience supporting webinars, online events, or virtual training programmes is an added advantage.
