Location: UK

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Contract: 1 month with view to extend

Are you an experienced Client Manager or Account Manager with a background in creative marketing and a passion for the health and beauty sector?

We’re looking for a talented Creative Client Manager to join a high-profile retail and beauty account, working on exciting brand launches, integrated campaigns and high-impact creative projects across paid and owned channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced, commercially focused environment, collaborating with leading creative and media agencies to deliver campaigns that reach millions of customers.

The Role

As a Creative Client Manager, you’ll take ownership of key campaigns and projects from brief through to delivery. You’ll build strong relationships with clients, creative partners and media agencies, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading the delivery of high-profile brand launches and retail campaigns across an exciting paid media landscape.
  • Working closely with creative, media and partner agencies to coordinate campaigns and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Managing projects across paid and owned channels, ensuring activity aligns with wider brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Taking briefs from initial development through to final delivery, ensuring outputs meet agreed standards and expectations.
  • Coordinating with project managers and partner agencies to develop and deliver integrated campaign plans.
  • Managing campaign timelines, deliverables and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams.
  • Supporting the Senior Client Manager with commercial management, including scopes, estimates, billing and budgets.
  • Keeping monthly commercial updates accurate and on track.
  • Supporting the wider Client Management team across accounts and workstreams when required.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who can confidently manage clients, agencies and multiple projects in a fast-moving creative environment.

Must-have criteria:

  • Proven Client Management or Account Management experience within a creative marketing agency or similar creative environment.
  • Experience delivering above-the-line campaigns and high-profile creative projects.
  • Previous experience within, or a strong understanding of, the health and beauty sector.
  • Experience working closely with media agencies and delivering creative against large-scale media plans.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness and experience supporting budgets, scopes, estimates and billing.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to bring together multiple teams and agencies to deliver great work.
