WHO WE ARE

Apprentify Group is a portfolio of six companies, each with its own culture, personality and people. Across the group we support around 10,000 learners a year and we're scaling fast.

We need someone ready to coach the next generation of content creators and multi-channel marketers, helping apprentices turn marketing theory into confident, commercially valuable practice in the workplace.

THE QUICK FACTS

  • Location: Remote-first (with occasional travel for team events or customer meetings)
  • Contract: Full-time, permanent
  • Start: Immediate or near-term
  • DBS check: Required for all candidates
  • Programme: Content Creator Level 3 & Multi-Channel Marketer (MCM)

LIFE IN THE ROLE

The real work

Most of your time is spent coaching apprentices 1-2-1 and in groups, giving feedback on assignments and workplace evidence, and managing their progress through the programme so they hit milestones and complete on time.

You'll be coaching learners at every stage of the journey, spotting where someone's stuck, adapting your approach and keeping momentum going even when caseloads are full and priorities shift. It moves fast, but the pace here is about depth, not just speed.

The environment

We work remote-first. You won't be micromanaged, but you will be expected to own your caseload end to end, from progress tracking to pastoral support to compliance records. Apprentify is a scale-up; processes are still being built and things evolve quickly. The people who thrive here see that as an opportunity, not a problem.

TEAM & CULTURE

You'll join our Creative delivery team, working closely with fellow coaches, curriculum design and operations to keep the learner experience joined up and employer expectations aligned.

How we work

Clear expectations, genuine ownership of how you deliver against them.

THE HONEST HARD BIT

Caseloads are real and varied. You'll be juggling feedback deadlines, progress reviews, pastoral conversations and compliance admin at the same time, often for learners at very different stages. Priorities shift as the business scales, so you'll need to stay organised without a rigid playbook to follow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
