WE’RE HIRING | CREATIVE CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
📍 Chippenham – predominantly office/studio based
💰 £35,000–£45,000 depending on experience
🎥 Videography | Editing | Storytelling | Social Strategy
✨ 1.8 million+ social media audience
I’m looking for someone to help me build the next chapter of The Legal Queen.
This isn't a traditional Social Media Manager role. I'm looking for someone highly creative who can work closely alongside me to turn ideas, conversations and legal topics into content that people actually want to watch.
Someone who understands storytelling. Someone who can pick up a camera and make something look brilliant. Someone who can edit quickly and instinctively understands hooks, pace, retention and what makes people stop scrolling.
And, importantly, someone who gets excited about helping to build a brand — rather than simply managing its social media accounts.
WHAT WE'VE ALREADY BUILT
The Legal Queen has grown to a community of more than 1.8 million followers across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Our content reaches millions of people, generates clients for our family law firm and has enabled us to start building something much bigger than social media alone.
We've created online family law courses and digital products, and we're now looking at developing more courses, longer-form content and a future membership platform. That's where you come in. I want someone who can work alongside me to take what we've already created and make it bigger, better and more creative.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You'll take a hands-on role in the creative production and development of content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, including:
- Filming high-quality short-form content
- Editing and packaging content for each platform
- Developing brilliant hooks, concepts and storytelling angles
- Spotting content opportunities in everyday conversations and current topics
- Bringing fresh creative ideas to the table
- Analysing what's working and using those insights to shape what we create next
- Developing our longer-form YouTube content
- Helping bring our existing online courses to life
- Working with me to develop and launch new courses
- Helping create the content and creative direction for our future membership platform
- Supporting brand campaigns and collaborations
- Taking ideas from initial concept through to finished, published content

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You'll also come with me on TV and radio appearances, media assignments, campaigns, events and brand collaborations, capturing the behind-the-scenes moments that our audience doesn't normally get to see.
I want someone who recognises that sometimes the best piece of content isn't planned — it's the conversation in the car on the way to a TV studio, what happens behind the scenes before going live, or the moment nobody else thought to film.
You'll need to be willing and able to travel when opportunities arise.
THIS IS A HANDS-ON CREATIVE ROLE
I'm not looking for somebody whose experience is predominantly scheduling posts, writing captions or managing a content calendar. You need to be able to film. You need to be able to edit. And you need to know how to tell a story.
WHO I'M LOOKING FOR
You'll probably be the sort of person who watches a piece of content and immediately starts thinking about how you could have made it better. You understand that sometimes the difference between 20,000 views and 2 million views is the opening sentence, the edit, the framing or simply the way the story is told.
You'll be creative, curious and full of ideas — but equally happy to roll your sleeves up and actually make them happen.
You'll also need to be comfortable working very closely with me. We'll be developing ideas together, filming, travelling to media appearances and campaigns, experimenting, reviewing performance and constantly asking:
What could we do next?
So creative chemistry, communication and enthusiasm are hugely important.
LOCATION IS IMPORTANT
This position is based in Chippenham and will be predominantly office/studio based. Because of the amount of filming and collaborative work involved, I'm specifically looking for somebody who is local to the area and genuinely happy working alongside me in the studio for the majority of the working week.
