Description

Job Title: Creative Content Creator/Designer

Location: London Bridge, SE1

Term: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: Competitive + Benefits (Private Medical, Private Dental, Pension, 25 days Annual leave plus bank holidays & Many more)

We are seeking a full-time creative and talented Creative Content Creator/Designer to join our marketing department. This exciting role will be focused on creating media and content that supports the company's internal and external requirements.

As Creative Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content for B2C and B2B audience, including clinical trial participants and sponsors. You will use your expertise in graphic design, photography, video, audio, presentations and animation to create content that drives engagement, and increases visibility to drive participant engagement in clinical trials as well as wider brand awareness.

The role ensures all creative work reflects brand guidelines, strengthens campaigns and events, and engages target audiences across digital and print channels.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Work within the Marketing team to support the development and execution of an effective media content strategy aligned with brand identity and target audience.
  • Prepare and respond to creative briefs, developing concepts through to completion that support campaign and business objectives.
  • Create, edit and distribute multimedia content across various platforms such as social media, websites, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Create graphics, infographics, layouts, and presentations to support campaigns, events (stand design, signage, promo materials), and internal communications.
  • Produce video content, motion graphics, and animations for digital channels where appropriate.
  • Analyse engagement metrics and user feedback to measure content effectiveness, identify trends, and optimise future content strategies.
  • Create editable branded templates for internal use, ensuring accessibility and brand consistency. To include social media assets, presentation slides, newsletters and more.
  • Assist in maintaining and enforcing brand guidelines, to ensure consistency across all marketing and promotional materials.
  • Maintain and manage the marketing asset library, ensuring brand templates, creative files, and design resources are accessible and up to date, with clearly labelled folders.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and platforms for continuous improvement. To include AI-assisted creative tools where appropriate to improve efficiency and content quality.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital media, or related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premier Pro (or similar software).
  • Knowledge of video production equipment, lighting, audio, editing software, and post-production techniques is essential.
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities that resonate with the target audience
  • Proven experience as a Media Content Creator or similar role.
  • Expertise in social media marketing and a comprehensive understanding of various platforms.
