Creative Content Designer

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 DOE
Location: Wakefield Head Office
Full-time | Permanent

The Role

Easy Bathrooms is looking for a Creative Content Designer to join our in-house marketing team. This is a hands-on creative role combining video production, content creation, photography, and graphic design.

Video and content will be a major focus for us over the next 12 months, so we’re looking for someone who can take an idea or brief and turn it into finished content; planning, filming, editing, and producing assets for social media, YouTube, websites, advertising, showrooms, and internal communications. You’ll work closely with our Creative Manager and wider marketing team, helping us increase the volume and quality of content we produce while also supporting the design team with graphic design work such as signage, posters, digital assets, and campaign materials.

We want someone who brings ideas and eager to create engaging content while able to help the wider team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning, filming, and editing video content from start to finish.
  • Creating short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Producing longer-form YouTube and campaign content.
  • Filming showroom launches, refurbishments, product content, installations, customer projects, and staff content.
  • Editing footage into engaging, platform-ready content.
  • Producing different edits and formats from the same shoot.
  • Creating motion graphics, captions, titles, and simple animations.
  • Shooting and editing photography for showrooms, products, social media, websites, and Google Business Profiles.
  • Supporting the design team with signage, posters, POS, social graphics, website assets, and campaign materials where required.
  • Producing creative assets for Meta, Google, and other paid advertising campaigns.
  • Helping develop new content ideas and creative concepts.
  • Keeping up with social trends, video formats, and new creative techniques.
  • Using AI and emerging creative tools where they can improve quality, speed, or output.
  • Travelling to showrooms and other locations to capture content when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
