We’re looking for a Creative Content Executive to join Morson Group’s central Brand, Content & PR team and help shape the next chapter of our brand.
This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your days writing copy for approval and scheduling the occasional LinkedIn post. We want someone creative, hands-on and genuinely excited by content - someone who can take an idea and turn it into a great video, podcast, social campaign or piece of multimedia content that people actually want to watch, listen to and share.
You’ll be at the heart of Morson’s content engine, helping turn our expertise and thought leadership into a consistent stream of distinctive content across our brands and business units.
What you’ll be doing
- Creating original, engaging multimedia content across video, podcast, social and digital channels
- Owning the Group’s content calendar and helping manage our organic social presence, particularly LinkedIn
- Getting hands-on with video production - planning, directing, filming and editing short-form content for social
- Supporting longer-form video and podcast productions, from recording through to editing and publishing
- Turning big ideas and thought leadership into repeatable content campaigns, rather than one-off pieces
- Coming up with fresh creative concepts that bring personality and energy to the Morson brand
- Adapting content for different audiences, platforms and formats
- Managing day-to-day community engagement and helping maintain a confident, consistent brand voice
- Tracking reach, engagement and audience growth, using the data to understand what works and improve future content

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Experience with podcast production, or the confidence and capability to pick it up quickly
- A genuine ability to develop original creative ideas and concepts
- Strong writing skills and the judgement to adapt one idea across multiple formats and channels
- A good understanding of what works on social media and how audiences engage with content
- An interest in performance, with the ability to use engagement and reach data to inform your work
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the confidence to bring your own ideas to the table
- SEO experience would be a bonus, but it’s not essential.
