About AMV

AMV BBDO is the agency where creativity and effectiveness come together. Global agency of the year at Cannes, D&AD, and One Show, and with the longest run of Golds in the history of the IPA Effectiveness Awards – we aspire to be problem solvers, culture makers, and trusted partners to current and future clients. As the agency that radicalised empathy, we hire humans, not CVs, so we’re looking for people who will flourish in our culture of creativity and kindness. We are part of BBDO, a global creative community that Do Big Things for brands with big ambitions.

The Opportunity

AMV BBDO is seeking a Creative Content Lead to join our brilliant team of creative content specialists working with the biggest brands in tech, healthcare, and logistics (B2B and B2C2B). If you are a craft-obsessed writer with a creative flair for making the complex feel compelling, we want to meet you.

Who You Are

  • A creative hybrid: You’ve 5+ years of experience as a creative copywriter (with editorial experience) or a leading journalist (with brand copy experience) for business audiences.
  • An intuitive storymind: You think in narrative; you see the invisible structures and tensions that make stories powerful.
  • A maker mindset: You’re not just a writer, you’re a visual thinker who lives to make ideas real. Surrounded by the best opportunity, talent, and AI tools, you’ll be unstoppable.
  • A strategic thinker: You solve real business problems. And you sell your solve to clients, connecting the dots between brand problems, audience needs, and ideas.
  • A tech enthusiast: You’re excited by the real-world applications of cutting-edge tech. And whether B2B or B2C, you go deep in "in the weeds" to find the magic others miss.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
