About Plannorium

Plannorium is an enterprise software company building digital infrastructure for modern organisations. Our flagship platform, Curenium, is an integrated hospital operating system designed to bring clinical workflows & Operations, communication, diagnostics, and AI-assisted clinical documentation into a single secure platform. We are entering an important stage of product validation and pilot deployment, with our initial focus across the UK, EU & Gulf region.

The Role

We are looking for a Creative & Content Lead to turn complex products, workflows, and ideas into clear, compelling visual experiences. You will work closely with leadership and our go-to-market function to communicate what Curenium does, the problems it solves, and why it matters to modern healthcare organisations.

This is not a conventional social media role. We are looking for someone who can explain technology visually and bring a strong creative perspective to an early-stage product.

Reasons to use Rodeo

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
