About Us

Founded in Dubai only 5 short years ago, and we're already growing internationally. Humantra is a global wellness brand on a mission to help people achieve optimal hydration and unlock their best daily performance.

We believe hydration is the most overlooked foundation of health, energy, and mental clarity. Our electrolyte solutions are designed to support modern lifestyles - whether that's training, travelling, working, or simply getting through a busy day.

The Opportunity

We're building daily hydration into a category of its own, and content is at the heart of how people discover, understand and fall in love with Humantra. We're now looking for a Creative Content Lead to help us make a lot more of it in-house.

This is a hands-on role for a true content maker. You'll be a content creator, videographer and editor in one. Working within the Creative team, you'll turn briefs and ideas into finished video, photography and motion content across organic and paid channels. You'll work closely with our Social and Growth teams to tell the brand's story, drive engagement, and give Growth a steady pipeline of creative to test and scale.

You'll be behind the camera on everything from studio shoots and lifestyle content to launches, events and partnerships. You'll be back in the edit turning it into scroll-stopping clips, brand films and animation. And you'll travel across the UK and internationally to capture it.

If you love the whole process from shot list to final cut, get a buzz from seeing your work perform, and want to shape how a fast-growing brand shows up across every channel, this is the role for you.

What you'll own

Content Creation

  • Working with the Creative team to develop ideas, shot lists and visual references.
  • Shooting video and photography across studio, location, event and lifestyle settings, using both professional kit and mobile.
  • Capturing compelling product, food and drink, lifestyle and partnership content, and guiding people on camera to get the best out of them.
  • Shooting and editing content for launches, campaigns, retail, events and PR moments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
