About Wellford
Wellford is on a mission to redefine access to medical cannabis in the UK, backed by a healthcare ecosystem that includes cultivation, pharmacy and specialist clinical services. Together, we're helping thousands of patients access treatment and ongoing support.
With ambitious growth plans and exciting projects ahead, we're looking for a talented Creative Content Manager to help bring Wellford to life through compelling, high-quality content. From doing justice to the stories of our patients to finding creative ways to explain complex topics, you'll help shape how people see, understand and engage with Wellford.
The Role
This is a hands-on creative content role with a strong focus on video.
Working closely with our Social Media Manager and Digital Growth Manager, you'll create content that powers our paid advertising, social channels and wider marketing activity.
One day you might be developing and editing creative for a new campaign, the next helping to film a patient story, or testing a new social format.
We're looking for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, enjoys experimenting with new ideas and can turn complex or sensitive topics into engaging, accessible content. You will help ensure everything we produce feels distinctly Wellford and reflects the quality of care and experience we provide to patients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
