Reporting to the Founder, Georgie

Gigi & Olive is looking for a brilliant Creative Content & Social Manager to lead our brand storytelling across TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest. This is a role for someone who wants to own the full content and social strategy, not only deliver it. You'll be responsible for setting the direction and creating content that genuinely connects with our audience, such as wedding trends and new product launches, as well as capturing the behind-the-scenes process of how G&O products are made, from our embroidery to packaging, sourcing to styling. You will also be responsible for delivering any content in relation to our Directory and execute any BTS including Podcast. You'll work closely with the Founder and wider team to create, plan and execute content that feels modern, stylish, joyful and distinctly Gigi & Olive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set and own our social and content strategy, including a written strategy within your first 30 days and a monthly report on performance and what you are changing
  • Own and manage all organic social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
  • Own our paid social strategy and the creative behind it, including audience targeting, budget recommendations and reporting on return
  • Plan, create and post engaging video and visual content that reflects our brand and products
  • Capture BTS content from the G&O studio, including embroidery, personalisation, packaging and team moments
  • Develop creative ideas and lead campaign planning, shoots and storytelling
  • Work with Bridal influencers, manage freelance content creators and build a network of collaborators, as well as our ShopMy affiliate account
  • Own our gifting calendar and the commercial terms we agree with creators
  • Create and schedule podcast content for Here Comes The Bride across G&O channels
  • Support the creation of visual assets for email campaigns and homepage updates
  • Write strong, on-brand captions and support storytelling across platforms
  • Track and report monthly on revenue from social, how well our social traffic converts, and what it costs us to acquire a customer through paid

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

A NOTE FROM GEORGIE, FOUNDER:

"I'm looking for someone who loves Bridal, weddings, e-comm and building a brand, and admires what Gigi & Olive is building in this space. I want someone who understands our values and our taste, while bringing their own flair and creativity to the role. I care deeply about the community and audience of Brides and customers we have built so it's integral that this person does too. For me success in this role looks like growth for both community and sales. I love using AI for process and admin, so I want to hear how you're using it to make yourself more efficient. Equally, I don't want our creative to be AI led and it's imperative we continue being different to stand out. We're a small team, so I'm looking for someone who enjoys working autonomously but also loves being part of a team. Accountability and organisation are absolutely key. Everyone at G&O influences the business, from product launches and new ideas to strategy and community, and I'd want this person to be a key part of that."

Please apply if this sounds like you!
