Creative Content & Social Media Executive
DA Techs (NW) Limited
Adlington / Greater Manchester / Hybrid: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £28,000–£35,000 depending on experience + Performance Incentive Scheme
(The salary will reflect the successful candidate’s experience, creativity and level of responsibility. We welcome both developing and experienced creatives who can work with increasing autonomy)
Introduction
DA Techs is growing — and we’re looking for a Creative Content & Social Media Executive to help support the next stage of our business growth.
At DA Techs, we specialise in high-quality alloy wheel repair and refurbishment services for motor dealerships across the UK. We help dealerships improve vehicle preparation standards, increase efficiency and deliver exceptional presentation quality.
But for us, this is about more than repairing wheels.
We are building a modern, ambitious and forward-thinking automotive business that is constantly evolving, improving and investing in the future — from creative content and marketing technology through to franchise growth and customer experience.
We already support dealerships across approximately 25% of the UK, and over the next three years our ambition is to build DA Techs into a truly national operation — creating the UK’s leading network of alloy wheel repair and reconditioning specialists.
We’re passionate about doing things properly, continuously improving, and building a business people genuinely enjoy being part of. This new role will play an important part in that journey.
The Role
This is a hands-on creative and social media role sitting within the marketing department and reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.
You’ll help create, publish and develop the content that brings DA Techs and ST Accident Repair to life across social media, YouTube, websites and wider marketing activity.
Video will be a major part of the role. You’ll be involved in planning, filming and editing short-form and long-form content, capturing the people, work and stories behind the businesses and turning them into content that people want to watch and engage with.
Alongside content production, you’ll help manage our social media channels, monitor engagement and comments, respond to genuine enquiries and identify conversations that could develop into customer or business opportunities.
This is not a role where you simply create a post and move on.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating things, understands what makes content engaging, wants to see how audiences respond and is excited about using AI and new creative technology to make their work better.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing, with the opportunity to bring your own ideas, develop your skills and take increasing responsibility as the business and marketing team grows.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning, filming and editing engaging short-form and long-form video content.
- Creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Turning workshops, mobile teams, dealerships, customer stories and day-to-day activity into engaging content.
- Creating interviews, case studies, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content and before-and-after features.
- Producing photography, graphics, animations and other creative assets.
- Helping plan, schedule and publish social media content.
- Monitoring comments, messages and engagement across social platforms.
- Responding promptly and appropriately to genuine comments and enquiries.
- Helping build an active and engaged audience around DA Techs and ST Accident Repair.
- Identifying conversations that could develop into customer or business opportunities and escalating potential leads to the relevant team member.
- Using social media analytics to understand what content is performing and help improve future content.
- Supporting creative campaigns, website content, sales materials and franchisee recruitment activity.
- Using ChatGPT and Claude Design to support creative ideas, research, copywriting, design development and content production.
- Using AI and emerging creative technology to improve productivity, content quality and audience engagement.
- Continually developing your creative, social media and AI skills as new tools and opportunities emerge.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What We’re Looking For
We're looking for someone with experience who is ready for their next opportunity — whether that's taking the next step in their creative career or bringing stronger experience and greater autonomy to a growing marketing team.
You don't need to have been doing this for eight or ten years. We're more interested in what you can create, how you think, how you engage with audiences and how hungry you are to develop.
The level of responsibility you take on will reflect the experience and capability you bring. Someone earlier in their career will have the opportunity to learn and develop with support from the Head of Marketing, while someone with stronger experience will be trusted to take greater ownership of projects and require less day-to-day guidance.
- Experience in creative marketing, content creation or social media.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and professional creative workflows.
- Strong video production, filming and editing skills.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms.
- Good graphic design and visual communication skills.
- Photography and/or videography experience.
- Good copywriting and storytelling ability.
- Experience managing social media engagement, comments and audience interactions, with an understanding of how to turn genuine engagement into customer and business opportunities.
- Practical experience using AI tools within creative or marketing work, with a strong interest in developing and integrating AI further into creative production, content development and social media activity.
- An interest in the automotive industry and enthusiasm for cars, automotive content or the wider motor industry would be a real advantage.
- An interest in YouTube and an understanding of how engaging video content can be developed for the platform would also be a strong advantage.
- Understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, with an awareness of how different platforms require different content approaches.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Someone creative, curious, commercially aware and eager to grow with the business.
- Confident working independently, taking initiative and asking the right questions when guidance is needed.
