Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts for launches, seasonal campaigns, gifting occasions, and brand stories.
- Design assets for websites, social media, email, advertising, shops, events, packaging, and print.
- Plan and produce original content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Film and edit reels, stories, carousels, stills, and other short-form content in-house.
- Write and proofread natural, engaging copy for campaigns, social media, websites, email, and print.
- Define and protect the brand’s tone of voice while evolving its visual identity.
- Plan and art direct product, campaign, and lifestyle shoots, including concepts, mood boards, schedules, and shot lists.
- Work with photographers, videographers, models, creators, freelancers, and internal teams to deliver finished assets.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in a creative, brand design, or content role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design and creative thinking.
- Experience designing for websites, email, social media, paid advertising, and print.
- Experience developing campaign concepts across multiple channels.
- Strong natural copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Confidence filming and editing short-form video.
- Experience briefing, planning, or art directing photography and video shoots.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

Experience with premium consumer brands, Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta and Google advertising assets, photography, product styling, e-commerce, or managing freelancers and junior creatives would be particularly relevant.
