Who You Will Be Working With
As a Creative Copywriting Senior Associate, you’ll be part of a creative team that cares deeply about craft—writers, designers, producers, and creative leads who like pushing ideas further while keeping the work grounded in what the audience actually feels and needs. You’ll partner closely with creative leadership to shape concepts, refine language, and bring strong copy to life across different formats and channels.
You’ll also collaborate with strategy and account teammates who help clarify the “why” behind the work—audience insight, brand goals, and the role each message plays in a bigger campaign. At times, you’ll work directly with clients, presenting copy directions, explaining your thinking, and helping teams land on language that feels true to the brand and clear to the customer.
What You Will Be Doing
- Write original, engaging copy across a range of projects—campaigns, brand storytelling, product and service messaging, and content systems.
- Adapt your voice quickly and thoughtfully, capturing the tone and personality of multiple brands without losing clarity or consistency.
- Take briefs from early concept to polished execution, exploring different angles and elevating ideas through strong language and structure.
- Present copy and creative concepts with confidence, explaining how the work supports both the creative vision and the business goal.
- Bring sharp attention to detail—tight edits, clean grammar, and wording that feels intentional in every headline, CTA, and long-form line.
- Spot content opportunities by paying attention to audience behavior, customer needs, and cultural moments that can make messaging feel more relevant.
- Stay current on trends in advertising, design, and culture, using what you learn to strengthen the work (not distract from it).
- Use available tools—including AI where helpful—to speed up exploration, sharpen drafts, and streamline workflows while keeping the final voice human and brand-true.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
