🚨 NEW ROLE
Creative Design Manager
City of London
Up to ÂŁ85k + exceptional benefits
If you’re a senior designer who’s ready to step into a role where you can lead, create and genuinely shape the creative offering, this could be one to take a closer look at…
I’m working with a high-profile US law firm who are looking for a talented Creative Design Manager to join their London team on a permanent basis.
And this isn’t your typical “keep things ticking over” design management role…
✨ This is a brand-new position for the London office, giving you the opportunity to build and lead the UK design offering while working closely with designers across the firm’s US offices.
You’ll be a hands-on creative leader, managing a small team while still getting stuck into the work yourself. From sophisticated pitch and marketing materials to digital communications, presentations, brand projects and client-facing collateral, you’ll have plenty of variety and the chance to produce work for some very high-profile audiences.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
