Bring Coty’s luxury brands to life in-store through creative, technically rigorous and beautifully executed visual merchandising design. This is a highly technical design role, requiring strong capability in technical drawings, fixture detailing, 3D visualisation, materials, manufacturing processes and supplier-ready design documentation. You will translate global brand vision into precise, buildable and commercially impactful retail touchpoints that elevate the customer journey and deliver premium execution in-store.

The Role

Optimize, Enable, Innovate!

As our Visual Merchandising Designer – Prestige Division, you will play a key role in designing and developing creative, technically robust and commercially effective VM solutions across our luxury beauty portfolio. This role requires someone who can move confidently from concept design into detailed technical execution, producing accurate drawings, elevations, 3D visuals, fixture details and supplier-ready design packs. You will support the delivery of permanent and temporary retail environments, campaign executions, promotional spaces and VM collateral with creativity, precision and strong technical discipline.

You will work closely with Visual Merchandising, Store Design, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, external agencies, suppliers and retail partners.

Translate Global Vision Into Local Retail Design

  • Adapt global creative direction into locally relevant VM and retail design solutions
  • Design permanent and temporary retail environments including counters, shop-in-shops, pop-ups, promotional spaces and VM collateral
  • Develop creative concepts that reflect each brand’s DNA and enhance the luxury customer experience
  • Create engaging designs that support customer flow, visibility and commercial performance
  • Balance aesthetics with functionality, operational needs, sustainability objectives and value engineering

Create, Visualise & Technically Detail With Precision

  • Produce inspiring mood boards, concept presentations and high-quality visualisations to communicate design intent
  • Develop technically accurate floor plans, elevations, fixture details, lighting references, material specifications and finish schedules
  • Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualisations that clearly communicate scale, proportion, construction intent and in-store impact
  • Produce detailed design documentation and technical drawing packs that are ready for supplier quotation, development and manufacture
  • Review supplier drawings, prototypes and samples to ensure dimensional accuracy, buildability, material quality, feasibility and design integrity
  • Apply strong technical judgement when resolving construction, fixture engineering, installation or production challenges

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
